When you join the Waydesk waitlist, we only collect the information you choose to provide in the form:

- Your email address
- Your WhatsApp or phone number (optional)
- Your company or organization name (optional)
- Your approximate monthly departure volume (optional)
- The timestamp of your submission, referral source, and technical headers required for anti-abuse verification.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information strictly to:
- Notify you when early access spots open up for Waydesk.
- Understand the volume and type of trips you run so we can prioritize product improvements.
- Contact you if you indicate interest in trying an early pilot.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your contact information with advertisers or data brokers.
3. How long we keep it
We retain your waitlist information for as long as the early-access waitlist remains active, or until you request that we remove your information.
4. How to request deletion
You may request complete removal of your information at any time. Simply send an email from the address you submitted to:
We will permanently delete your record from our database within 7 business days and confirm once done.
5. Cookies and security
Waydesk does not use advertising tracking cookies or invasive third-party analytics pixels. We use Cloudflare Turnstile solely to protect our waitlist form from automated spambots and abuse.
